Windows desktop recording, full HD, 60fps, Adobe AIR app

I have developed an Adobe AIR application for windows desktop that runs at 60fps, full HD. I would like to record this app being used for promotional purposes, but want some advice as to whether I can achieve this resolution and frame rate. My PC configuration is:
i7-3930K @ 3.20GHz
32GB RAM
Windows 7 Pro 64-bit
2 x NVidia GT 440 graphics cards
500GB SSD
I believe that my CPU does not support Intel Quick Sync Video, therefore I am thinking that my best bet is to replace my pair of graphics cards, with a single, higher spec NVidia card that supports NVENC. I was looking at an ASUS GTX 970. Can anyone offer advice as to whether the NVENC feature will provide the solution I am looking for, to capture full HD @ 60fps from an Adobe AIR desktop application?
