Hi guys! I just solved the problem. But a new problem occured. When i click on mp4, it doesn't select the original or 1080p only 720 and lower ones. But in AVI, it selects all of them and in the export settings, it doesn't click on use hardware acceleration for video encoding. What should I do to fix it? I was recording in mp4 with 1080p for a long time but there occured that problem because of a crack i tried. Now its problem. Please help me fix it...

I think ur export settings don't have hardware acceleration enabled, meaning u'd have to tweak something in ur GPUs control panel or something.
For ur MP4 issue, install a newer version, i believe it's 1.22.0 or higher that u need to have in order to get 1080p or Original for software MP4. In case u don't know, u could actually "enable" Action! in ur GPUs control panel to unlock hardware encoding, which very likely relates to ur export settings problem too. However, since u appear to have Win8.1, i'm unable to help u enabling it.

Thank you for your answer, i have 1 more question. I fixed mp4 quality, its 1080p again now but, i dont want to hide my mouse but its hidden in my videos. I cannot see my mouse cursor. Check my settings.

Depending on ur resolution, it can be very hard to see the cursor. Unless u're a mid-level sharp eye like me, u could have ur mouse recorded but would have a hard time seeing it anywhere.
Though if u are certain that u know where ur mouse is when u record and u never see it in the video even though u KNOW it's there, then unfortunately i can't help, i've never had that problem with Action.
