I just installed Action and want to video gameplay. Nothing happens when I press F9 and it is the designated key for record (I looked in settings). I am running Windows 8.1 and have an AMD A10-5750M APU with Radeon HD Graphics 2.5 GHz, * GB RAM.

Pressing it repeatedly on and off causes one of two actions--finally works, or crashes Action!
