Audio failure

so, after patch 1.22.1 i was able to record again, BUT now i got the next error


in some of my videos, there is after some time (4-6mins) an audio failure so that at this point no audio is recorded anymore, not from my mic nor minecraft.

anyone else expecting this error?
is there a solution yet?

Win 7
AMD FX8150
GTX 970
24GB RAM
Asrock fx990 extreme4

Does it occurs with AVI or MP4 files?
