Action playback issue

Hello world,
I'll try to make this easy and short. This is my first time using ACTION to record game play, I use this program to take frags from a game called call of duty 4. I can record a small file of me playing in the game and this file called a demo so when I try to record with action this demo in AVI video type and playback the recorded video with anything rather than Action's player it only plays audio without and kind of video " not even a black screen " tried to install everything BSplayer, etc .... nothing working so though I should come here and post this problem.
OS: Windows 7
Video Card: AMD Radeon HD 7670M
Memory: 4, 8, 16 GB
Monitor Resolution: 1366x768
Video Editor: Vegas Pro 10 and Adobe CS4
Game Problem: COD 4
Video Type: AVI
P.S : everything working well while recording with MP4 video type but it has low quality so I need AVI
and one more thing ...
Video Size : Original
Video Frame-rate : 60 fps
