Failed to initialize product.

Hello,

About a month ago I had purchased myself the mirillis Action! product.
Everytime when I try to launch it, it keeps crashing saying: Failed to initialize product.
This started to happen after the last update v1.23.0 I have tryed reinstalling it several times but with no luck.

Here are my system specs incase needed:

OS: Windows 7
Graphics Card: NVIDEA GeForce GTX 660
Memory: 8GB
Monitor Resolution: 1920:1080
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4470 @3.40GHz, 3401MHz, 4 core('s), 8 Logic processor(s)
