Well guys I was recording the game footage with my friends while playing the H1Z1. Recording time was not so overwhelmingly 4 to 5 hours long, in fact it was only about 45 minutes of gameplay. I didn't know recording was actually crashed while we were recording the game because there was no shown warning during game recording. After finished playing, I tried to watch my videos and I could not because it shows error "failed to open input file" all the good moments, all funny things had gone. How to solve this problem. Because I don't enough time to play same thing again and again. I really want refund. if this is typical error that happens all time.

Hi, Yes I have the same problem, I bought this yesterday and every time I do a video it only seems to record a small percentage of the footage... extremely frustrating, no indication that recording has stopped or why

Yea. I got that too. That certain clip for me was a really good one, but it failed to load/open up.
