Twitch streaming issue

Hi.
I found out that there is an issue with AMD app streaming to Twitch. Its saying Live but the stream is off..
I use it on i5 4670k@4.4 with R9 280x from Gigabyte
SOmetimes it works sometimes it wont work at all.;/
Any troubleshoot i can do to determine the issue?
