Action Crashing After Recording

Video Card: NVIDIA GTX 760
Memory: 8 GB
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Video Editor: Vegas 13
Game Problem: Minecraft

Problem: Recording with Action using Quicksync! Playing Minecraft, recordings that are usually longer in legnth [10m+] crash action and the file is uneditable. Action records fine, but when stopping recording it crashes. Don't know what's up with this, I saw another thread that said they had an issue with action crashing with 5.1 sorrund which was what I was using with my razer krakens. Plz fix <_<

Does the same issue occurs when Action! is recording into MP4 format without hardware acceleration?
