Action suddenly stopped working!

Action was running fine until yesterday, but today all of sudden it just stopped working. It wouldn't even start, no error warning, just nothing. I double click on Action and I see the loading icon for maybe a second and that's it.

This btw happened after I've installed a new GPU. I've purchased a GTX 970 and it arrived today. I've installed it and everything works fine, but Action. I don't know if Action's problem is somehow related to the new GPU, but the timing of it merits mentioning it.

I've tried running Action in Admin mode, uninstalled it and re-installed it, deleted the registry and re-installed it again, put all the Action applications files as "Allowed" in my firewall setting, but nothing. Can anyone help?
