Accelerated video

The videos that I'm recording are accelerating. I record for one minute, and generates a video of 10 seconds.
I thought that was the low fps rate. But it makes no sense. If I have a lag in the middle of recording a gameplay, the recording will accelerate and de-synchronize all?
