Problems with Action!

Hi!
I downloaded the Action! demo before buying, and I'm encountering a lot of issues with it, most annoying are the following:
1. I record gameplay, the game runs smooth at 60+ fps, I set the recording to 30fps - the frame rate does not drop below 45. But after recording the videos are very choppy, like there is a milisecond pause each second. I tried recording at different fps, but it does not change anything.
2. I get poor recording quality, even if I set the bitrate to the highest, and the quality to high. My recording lacks details, it's really washed out, and so on. (I have set the recording resolution to both 1080 and "as original")
I tried to record with MP4, MP4 AMD, AVi, and all the results are really not satisfying. I also use Fraps, and each time i get a smooth recording with stable fps, and all the details. Unfortunately Fraps has an impact on fps in more demanding games, and the file size in longer sessions is a bit overwhelming - thats why i wanted to try out Action!
Is there anything I can do about those issues?
My PC specification is as follows:
- Intel i7 4790K
- 2x Radeon R9 280X (Tried single and crossfire)
- 16GB DDR3 Ram 1833Mhz 4x4GB dice
- Windows 7 64Bit
- Agility 3 64GB SSD for OS
- 5x WD Black 500GB HDD NTFS
- Asus Z97 Pro Gamer Motherboard
Cheers!
