I feel cheated

Hi, i buy action because is a good program and i want to stream, and record videos, the thing is when im streaming on twitch , works bad, and hitbox works so bad too, i mean come on i buy this software im from south america, so is not cheap for me, i cant find some good streamer, in hitbox they have servers from brasil i mean is really close of me (Argentina), im streaming and action after 5min says " ACTION! STOP WORKING" im really angry this program is really bad to stream, the thing is wich stream you can commend me ?
my internet is 1mb from upload ( i know is low but with OBS i could stream easy in 320p)
