Audio export issue & MP4 issue

Greetings,

I'm using Mirillis for quite a long time and it always worked, but the current 1.24.3 update ruined it for me. Hopefully someone is able to help me here. I was always able to extract the two audiotracks (yes, recording the mic as seperated track is checked). It dosen't work anymore. Every tool I used to demux it only shows one audiotrack now.

I also can't change from MP4 to AVI anymore. Even if AVI is selected it records in MP4. Never had any problems with it. Never changed anything with it. Updated it and boom. Problems. No codecs or anything installed meanwhile. It worked just fine, even today. It just stopped working correctly after I updated later that day. De-installed it with RevoUninstaller (even deleted the registry stuff with it) and reinstalled it. Problem still existing. I don't know why.

OS: Windows 8.1
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760
Memory: 16 GB
Monitor Resolution: 1366x768
Video Editor: None, used YAMB, MP4Box and the Dxtory-Splitter trying to Demux (all of them worked fine until the Update, also VLC is only showing one audio track)
Video Type: AVI and MP4, stuck with MP4 for whatever reason (even if AVI is selected it records in MP4 after the Update).

Hopefully someone is able to help me :/

Please go to your LIVE tab and see if LIVE streaming feature is enabled. If yes, please disable it and see if that helps.

Livestreaming isn't enabled. Never was and never will be, but I checked it to make sure. I think I found a solution. Had to read through some topics for a while but that solved my problem.

I didn't knew that there was an Registry-Entry in HKEY_Local_Users and not only in HKEY_Local_Machine (RevoUninstaller should have detected this, but somehow it must have slipped through). After I deleted both registry folders by myself, restarted and reinstalled Action! again everything went back to normal. Sound is working correctly and AVI and MP4 is working correctly. Problem solved. But thanks for the quick help anyway (:
