Need older version of Action!

OS: Windows 7
Video Card: AMD R9 280X
Memory: 8GB
Monitor Resolution:1920x1080
Video Editor: CS6
Game Problem:ANY
Video Type: MP4 (AMD APP)
Looking around it seems the version of Action! (1.24.3.0) I'm using does not work well with MP4 (AMD APP) 60FPS setting. The videos are NEVER 60 FPS even if I run a game that runs 200+ FPS. I have tried AVI but it is just WAY too big file sizes for the amount of time I record for. If I can get a moderator or whomever can send me the link to download version 1.19.1 I would greatly appreciate it.
