When launching Rockstar Social Club on PC (on steam) to play GTA V the social club fails to start with a spinning circle. Quit Mirillis, relaunch it and it works. Once in game just fire up Mirillis again. No idea why it'd do this, but it's pretty consistent, it'd be interesting to hear if anyone else has spotted this behaviour. I even tried a clean install of Rockstar Social Club to see if it'd help but doesn't seem to.
Not a deal breaker as you can just fire Mirillis up afterwards anyway and it records brilliantly as always
