Trouble with streaming on twitch

I don't know if it's the new version but when i start streaming i get a black screen with white cursor.
Any fix?

Also i like to add that Action! doesn't detect Battlefield Hardline.
Also sometimes when i try to record BF 3 or BF 4 i get random crashes when i start Action!.

Does the same issue occurs if you record regular video?
