Help! Blurry Video!

I just purchased Action and used it to record a video for my Youtube account. The format for the video is AVI, the video size is set to original, and the framerate is 30 fps. When I hover over the video with my cursor, it says at the bottom of the display that the video is 864 x 480. Also, when I uploaded the edited video to youtube, the highest resolution it was able to be set to was 480. Please help, I want my future videos to be a better quality for my viewers. Thank You!
