Action! Freeze

I purchased Action! twelve days ago and it was working just fine. Now whenever I start the program it will get stuck on the launch screen and freeze my entire system. I've uninstalled and re-installed the program in hopes that it would work to no avail, even going so far as to going into the ".appdata" folder and deleting Action! from there as well.
