constant buz on mic, no voice recording

Whenever I try to record, the video comes out great, the game sounds come out fine, but there is a constant buzz from the mic and none of my voiceover. The mic works perfectly for TeamSpeak, Skype, and Audacity. I've got Action set to record system sounds, allow multi-channel recording, and record microphone into separate audio track.
I have disabled each of those settings, set my mic to the system default or the Yeti, set my speakers to the System Default, the sound card, or the Yeti's headphones. I can't seem to get Action to record my voice.
OS: Windows 10 Technical Preview (latest slow track)
Video Card: GeForce GTX 760
Audio Card: Audigy FX
Memory: 16 GB (4 x 4GB)
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Video Editor: Adobe CC
Game Problem: Minecraft, Dark Souls, Dark Souls II, Elite Dangerous
Video Type: AVI
Mic: Blue Yeti
