Screen recording - mouse cursor position way off

I recorded a 1440x1080 section of my screen.
When I play it back, the cursor is nowhere near where it's supposed to be.
I can't find any settings for this, other than to turn the cursor on/off.
Anything I can do to correct this?

In this case, my mouse was on the "Randomize" button.
