Error Action Nvencoder Nvidia drivers 352.86

With the latest Nvidia 352.86 drivers, Action gives error when trying to record to MP4 (NVENC).
With 350.12 this does not happen.
The error is attached to the image.

I got the same problem, yesterday i got an update of nvidia and today i wanted to record something with MP(Nvidia Nvenc) and got an error right away on all 3 modes, gameplay, desktop and screen regio.

This issue is related to faulty driver version or installation issue with your recent video driver. Driver re-installation or switching to another format should help.

have the same problem the new driver do somting.
maby mirilla have to contact nvidia to fix this.

Already did that still same. But yes other format helps, but still want to use mp4(nvidia nvenc) :3

Currently the only workaround solution to this issue is to install previous driver version, change your MP4 format or Ignore that message so your recording process will be started or stopped properly.

Maybe the next update will fix it.
Btw with the error, you cant record anymore cause of the error. so either avi or mp4

As a workaround use AVI, but all other programs that use NVENC not fail, as OBS, I hope that the error is repaired in an update.

Got the same error, just updated drivers yesterday for Witcher 3 launch and started getting this error... Regular mp4 works fine but makes me feel its not right...
