NVENC

For months, the NVENC really need to improve. Quality wise is much lower than Shadowplay. Shadowplay itself is already quite low in quality.

Please look up the preset in OBS for NVENC, if you guys can come up with proper preset for NVENC. Currently Action! is not taking advantage of GTX TITAN or GTX 900 series which has better preset thanks to x265 encoding chip.

NVidia GTX960 only has full support for x265.
