1.25.2.0 Time-Shift: AMD App broken?

Hi there, I've been trying out your new Mirillis Action! feature Time-Shift but unfortunately have been having trouble setting it up with AMD App acceleration. Some recordings do not work at all upon playback but I've also noticed some videos "record" but consist of a black screen with sound captured from the game/application in the background.

Time-Shift recording these games/applications using Intel QuickSync works great in comparison albeit the display setup required for QuickSync often muddles certain games I play (they can't decide which monitor/graphics adapter is primary) and sometimes I lose the mouse cursor as it is situated on the extended Intel "display" which causes some confusion as to why the mouse cursor is "missing". I would prefer to use AMD App to record if possible.

I found that this problem with AMD App Time-Shift recording existed since Time-Shift was introduced (all patches since Time-Shift release). Below you will find a list of the PC specifications I use to help reproduce the problem hopefully.

PC SPECS:
CPU: Intel i5 2500K
GPU: Sapphire R9 290 4GB (reference model)
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H (Rev v1.0 model)
SSD: OCZ Agility 3 240GB (OS, games and apps)
HDD: Samsung Spinpoint F3 500GB (storage and games, Action! records to this)
RAM: G.Skill Trident X 2400 Mhz 2x4GB (@2133Mhz XMP profile)

GAMES PLAYED:
The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt (v1.04, situated on HDD)
Grand Theft Auto V (not really needed because of editor, but tried anyway, situated on HDD)
Red Faction Guerrilla (newest Steam patch, situated on HDD)
Battlefield 4(newest spring patch, situated on SSD)
