Critical Error 101

It wont boot up, my firewall is COMPLETELY off in all ways possible and even if it would be on Action and dwm.exe are on the list inbound and outbound. I even resetted my hosts file but no progress :/

This particular error shows only when Action.exe or dwm.exe (or other desktop windows manager processes) are listed on your firewall list (both inbound and outbound rules). Please remove all files related to these two processes.
