No Audio Track available.

I will record any game and it works fine. I even click it and watch the video back and there is perfect game/audio.
When I drag/open it in Sony Vegas Pro 12.0 the game track is perfect, but I get no audio track whatsoever. Like I said I know it's there because I can watch in in say movie maker. I have to use VLC media player to convert the track to mp3 which can take up to an hour. I don't know why this happens and is the main reason I stopped using Action. Please help so I can record once again.
