Error 106 (TRIED EVERYTHING)

Ok... So starting off by saying that I am very familiar with streaming and video recording software! I have been recently looking up new software to use other than OBS, Xsplit, Fraps, FFsplit, ETC. I was wanting to mess around with Action! because of the reviews I have read. I currently run a recording/Streaming machine which I have also tried installing too...
I cannot get around this Critical error 106 even when installing it to my gaming rig. I am installing the trial figuring it should work either way. Because lets face it, I wanna test before I buy. Most of the reviews are people using it for recording and not streaming. I am more interested in the streaming side of it. The UI looks great from what pics/reviews I have seen and the video quality looks great.
Gaming Rig and Streaming Rig have Same setup... i7 5830, GTX 980, 16g DDR4.... Streaming rig is running the 2 avermedia cards, Elgato HD60, and a XENYX QX2442USB Mixer...
any ideas or should I just stick with Xsplit for now. Not sure when the next update to fix the issue will be out. Very excited to play with this software! Thank you in advance!
