Video Quality

Hello, i just purchased Mirillis Action and i have a big problem with my recorded video quality.
When i record Avi, 60Fps and 720P quality is nice. But i can't import this file to Adobe Premiere CC. By the way, when i try to watch my recorded video, i can only hear sound with black screen. I was tryed to "export" my video file, but when i export my recorded video, video quality gets lower. I was tryed most render settings, it doesn't change.
- When i record Avi, 60Fps and Original size, video is slowing down.
- I was tryed record on mp4 format, but quality is very bad.
Game: Far Cry 4
Platform: Uplay
My Specs;
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7850
CPU: Amd FX - 6100
Memory: 8 GB
