Payment help

Hello, I paid for Action a few months ago but had to completely clean my laptop so no longer have it. Is there anyway to get the serial number back? I know the email used for when i originally bought it so is there anything i can do?

That was my first idea but it has been about 5 days with no reply. so i assume i can't get it back?
