Stream on twitch + Export vidéos

Bonjour, je suis français, veuillez donc excuser mon mauvais anglais =)
Hello, i'm french so please escuse my bad english =)
I install Action for one week. And all was ok.
But now, when i want stream on twitch, i start the record and Action! says all is ok. But my twitch channel is "offline"
What can i do ?
Second problem : when I export a vidéo, Action! created a video file (mp4) with a duration of a few seconds.
What can i do ?
(J'ai installé Action! il y a une semaine. Et tout était ok
Mais maintenant, quand je veux stream sur twitch, je démarre le stream et action! dit que tout est ok. Mais ma chaine twitch reste offline.
Que puis-je faire ?
Deuxièm problème : quand je veux exporter une vidéo, Action! crée un fichier (mp4) d'une durée de quelques secondes
