Problem video action

Hi, i am italian so i try to speak englis in a better way. The problem is: when i recording, the game is perfect and there arent lags, but when i stop the video capture and see the video, it change duration, for example it accelerates and slows, so then the audio is not sincronized with webcam. I have notated that in every capture video there is this problem, and when i play games, webcam accelerates and slows and there are a lot of bug... How i risolve it? It is very important for me. I had seen that this problem can depende on the CPU of computer, infact when i play it arrive also at 100%... anyway, do you know any solutions?
