Action! Version 1.25.3.0 Not Loading

My Action! is crashing on the start up screen. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my PC and closing Action! to try reopening it, but all to no avail.
There are three processes that I can recognise are related to Action! running.
Is there going to be a patch for this or is there a way I can repair this myself?
Here is an image of when it pauses and what processes are active at the time.

I'm having issues with this build too. It maybe related to the problem of Adam. It's identical to the issues in the following thread about 125.0.0:

EDIT: I managed to fix it by following the steps on the page above.
I hope an official fix comes soon. This is apparently the second time it's happened.

It seems that Action_x64 files are not loaded. Could you upload your DxDiag report?

I have this same problem with Critical Error 106.
I am running Win10 1062 x64 with Win10 stable AMD drivers. I also reverted to the previous beta driver and it also gives same error 106.

Same here - doesn't work in win10 with latest amd driver. But it work if install 15.5 beta. Please fix it

Anyone able to find an alternative fix? I tried the steps from the thread listed above, but to no avail. This is annoying me to to no end, just purchased a key today and can't even use it :/

I have a very similiar problem also. I have installed the trial version of the software, but it hangs up after showing the loading screen. The processes keep running, without the program actually loading, as illustrated here:
I have reinstalled the OS on this PC configuration after a VGA change recently(same model, warranty change) and I did not have trouble running the software on the previous windows install. The only difference might be is, that I have installed the newest AMD drivers. Now I cannot run the software, not even an older version I have found, both produce same results.
Attached you can find my dxdiag aswell.
Any possible solution?
