Game recording video cuts few cm at every side

So the problem is, whenever I try to record a game video the end result is annoying. My videos just aren't filled enough.
the resolution is 1920x1080 at 1080p and 60 fps the format is MP4 (AMD APP)
I have tried changing the resolution on my game and experimenting with every possible combination, but to no avail. I have tried opening the file in different formats aswell. My screen is optimized for 1920x1080 and the sime thing is happening for deskop screen recording.
I would appriciate a fast respond.
