Catalyst Update

Action! won't open after Catalyst update.
Catalyst V15.7 - Not open
OS: Windows 8.1 X64
VGA: R9 270X
Memory: 8GB Corsair Vengeance 1600
CPU: FX-8350
SSD: Sandisk Ultra 120GB

AMD users may experience problems with Action! application due to latest AMD video driver update (15.7). It seems that the problem is related to hardware-accelerated video encoding (AMD APP) technology. As far as we know other similar applications suffer from the same problem. We have found what's the cause of this issue and we are working on a fix. It should be availabe soon.
Currently we advise not to update the drivers to version 15.7 or downgrade their drivers to version 14.501.
