Lowish quality when uploaded to youtube

I have no problem recording anything, but when exporting and uploading to youtube I get some FPS issues.

I mean, it's not completely awful but it's definitely not perfect. I was wondering if I had settings wrong, or if the issue was something else.

Same happend to me and it is the first time... I dont know if it is something in the settings that are all wrong if it's just youtube fucking up, but after converting my video and before uploading it to youtube I can clearly see that it's 60 fps... but when I go and watch it on youtube it still says that it is playing in 60fps but it looks like 20fps... Help?
