Action! not starting on PC's with AMD 15.7 drivers

Mirillis!! , I have 2 x PC , 1 x Win 7 home and 1 x win 8.1 pro , Action! has stopped function on both since installing AMD drivers 15.7
programs starts and I can see it processes in task manager , but Action! does not work. tried reinstalling Action! , no help

Action! version 1.25.3

Also 15.6

However 15.7 has bug that many things crash, including Bandicam and Sony Vegas, when accessing available codecs. 15.7 AMD driver is not stable! Revert to previous version until they fix.
