Action! 1.25.4 Doesn't Work

Even before I had installed the new AMD 15.7 Driver, The 1.25.4 update for action would black screen right after the mirillis logo, then it would go back to my desktop. It would say the Process is running but nothing in my sidebar or anything of the sort. No way to use the UI. Please fix and/or help.
