Cannot get Action to start up

Hi,

I cannot get my action to load, The load screen appears and then disappears and it doesnt load, Have tried to download the latest version but when i try to install i get the attached error.

It was working a few days ago before i updated my amd graphics, Would this be anything to do with it? if so how do i fix it

Restart PC before installing Action again.
