Blured gameplay

Description:

When i capture gameplay, no matter if it is fullscreen or windowed, or if i record at 30 or 60 fps, i get kinda lower quallity video, it looks like it is not sharp enought. I am recording with MP4 AMD APP. That wasnt problem with recording with FRAPS, can anyone help me?

What are the best settings for best video capture?

I have tried everything.

I'm using MP4 (Nvidia NVENC) video size 1080p and 60 framerate.
