Blured gameplay

Hi there friends, as first, let me get you informations about my pc specs:

Recording Mode: Game
Windows and Hardware
OS: Windows 7 Professional x64
Video Card: MSI R7 260 1GB OC 128 bits
Video Driver Version: latest
CPU brand and model: AMD FX8320 8 cores 3.5 Ghz
Motherboard brand and model: Asus
Memory: 8GB Kingston HyperX single channel
Monitor Resolution: Fullscreen 1920 x1080, games are recorded at 1280 x 720 at windowed mode
Problem Description
Game/App Problem: All games
Video Editor: Vegas 13
Description:
When i capture gameplay, no matter if it is fullscreen or windowed, or if i record at 30 or 60 fps, i get kinda lower quallity video, it looks like it is not sharp enought. I am recording with MP4 AMD APP. That wasnt problem with recording with FRAPS, can anyone help me?

What are the best settings for best video capture?
I have tried everything.
