How do I get the latest version of action??

I bought action about a year back, and still have it on my computer. Sadly, the current version wont work/open on Windows 10, which I upgraded to yesterday. I can't find any information about how to get the latest version without purchasing on the website, so I thought I'd come here. Maybe I'm just missing something obvious, but I don't know how to get the latest version for Win10. Please help!
