I opened Action this morning to an update for Action, I installed it and immediately began a recording. I went through the entire recording not realizing that my mouse never got recorded. So I went into the Video recording settings and my "Record Mouse cursor" was indeed turned on. So I closed Action and reopened to try again, still no Mouse showing up in the recordings. I tried 6 times turning the setting off and turning it on, restarting, excetera.

Any help is appreciated?
