Audio delay - Windows 10

I noticed a huge audio delay in the recorded videos after upgrading to windows 10 (I had windows 7 installed before that, everything worked fine there with the same settings). I tried it in half life 2 (cinematic mod), short and long videos are affected too, right after the start the audio lags behind. (Have the latest action installed)
My settings were:
Record to AVI
1080p recording, though the game was running at 1440p with VSR.
60 fps recording. (It may be a problem that while recording i didn't have a stable 60 fps)
Video quality: High
Input range: 0-255
Multicore recording checked
No webcam
The delay appears in the "raw" video as well as the exported one.
My config:
i5 750 @4Ghz
AMD R9 280X
8GB 1600mhz DDR3
Recorded the video to a separate HDD, game was on an other HDD, action was installed on to an SSD.
