CANNOT UPLOAD PLEASE HELP

I recently went up to Windows 10, and recorded and uploaded on it. but was always unstable uploading, often losing connection to remote server or some other issue. now is unable to upload entirely as it always says Action! stopped working. I looked thru many other people's issues, but I never found a solution that worked.
Dying seems like a pretty good option. Please help.

Have you tried reinstalling Action?

Doesn't work. Now I don't even HAVE Action!

Please restart your PC before re-installing Action. Probably one of Action processes is still running in background during your installation.
