Cannot record game:OSU! (OpenGL)

When i select OpenGL graphic mode in Osu!, Action! cannot record this game.
nvidia / intel / AMD graphics all show me same problem.
Dxtory, Bandicam, OBS and this program also cannot record this but Raptr, Windows10 record (XBOX, windows + G) can.
Please check about this problem.
This problem is not shown me at OSU!, it also confirm at other OpenGL games.
