Reinstalling Action! Recorder without to buy it again

I had to get my PC reset due to error Windows 10 update. And I reinstall Action! And had been asked to buy it again. I have my serial code already from it. But it won't accept it. Help please.

Please make sure that your serial number is typed properly.
