Microphone Crackling when Recording!

I start up action and i start recording through "Games + Applications", when i finish recording i hear this crackling noise.

I don't know what it is but all i now is that it starts to clear up a little after 3 mins into the video, but not much.
Please get back to me as i wish to record soon and i cant with your somehow broken product.
My Laptop Specs:
Intel core i3-4030u CPU @ 1.90Hz 1.90 GHz
8.00GB
64-bit Operating System, x64-based processer
