Windows 10 + Alienwar 14 = Disaster

Apparently my computer decided to kill itself on startup today thus causing all my files to be turned into two files lables windows.old and windows.old000 thus ending my day of school and starting my day of thinking how windows 10 could possibly be a step up from windows 8. In the process of this event I lost my login to Action! and I have emailed support about this and I was wondering if anyone could possibly tell me what to do since all I know is that I believed I purchased Action! with one of three emails (sent to support) and was wondering how on earth I could retrieve my activation key from one of the files in windows.old which contains all files of what my laptop used to be. please answer quickly I use this program often and it is hard to go days without being able to use said program
