Action! works in complete random

It makes no sense, first it works perfectly fine and I get the HUD in the corner like usual, then the next time I start a game I have to restart my entire system just to MAYBE get a chance to get it work again.

This started to happen only a few days ago when I had no updates from neither Windows or Action!, so I'm pretty sure that this is due to some glitch or bug in Action!.

I've tried to reinstall Action!, even from absolute scratch and tried to wipe as many hidden system files related to it as possible, but it's still happening.

I don't want to downgrade because previous versions really crippled my performance for some reason.

I'm running Action! 1.26.1 and Windows 10 Pro 64bit.

GPU is a R9 280X with 15.7.1 drivers (most stable Windows 10 drivers as of now).
