Problems regarding video quality

I just purchased Action! and after a couple of tests I saw that the quality was bad...the video was blurry (compared to what it looked like when I was recording) and the dimensions of the videos are 640x360 which is not what I wanted (1280x720), below are my Action! settings. (I recorded samples of both desktop and game mode)

Video Recording:
File Format: AVI, MP4 and MP4(Nvidia Nvenc) (I tried all)
Video Size: 720p
Video Framerate: 30
Record System sounds: Check
Allow multi-channel audio recording: Check
Microphone: Always Record

Video Recording Settings:
Video Quality:High
Bitrate: 100%
Input Range: 0-255
Use multi core recording: Check
Record mouse cursor: Check

How can I improve the video quality?

Check if you have ticked "Enable Action! LIVE Streaming". If yes, please deselect this option because it overwrites your current settings from your Video Recording tab.
